These terms govern your use of the website at natorconstructions.com.au (the Site), which is owned and operated by Nator Constructions Pty Ltd (Nator, we, us, our). By using the Site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. About the Site

The Site provides general information about Nator, our capabilities and our past projects, and a way to contact us. It is not an offer to carry out building work. Any building work is subject to a separate written contract between you and Nator.

2. Information on the Site

We take care to keep the Site accurate and current, but we do not promise that everything on it is complete, correct or up to date at all times. Project descriptions, images and videos show completed work and are illustrative. They are not a representation about the cost, timing, design or outcome of any future project. Nothing on the Site is professional advice. Speak to us directly before relying on anything you read here.

3. Enquiries and quotes

Sending an enquiry through the Site does not create a contract or any obligation on Nator to carry out work. Any estimate, indication or quote we provide in response is subject to a site inspection, documentation, and a written agreement. Pricing and availability can change.

4. Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, everything on the Site, including text, photographs, videos, drawings, logos, the Nator name and the look and feel of the Site, is owned by or licensed to Nator and is protected by copyright and trade mark law. You may view the Site and print or save pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. You must not copy, reproduce, publish, distribute, modify or use any content from the Site for a commercial purpose without our written permission. Photographs of projects may also be subject to the rights of the photographer, architect or owner.

5. Acceptable use

You must not:

  • use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in a way that breaches these terms;
  • submit false, misleading, offensive or unsolicited commercial content through our forms;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its hosting or any connected system;
  • introduce viruses or other harmful code, or use automated tools to scrape, crawl or overload the Site;
  • interfere with another person's use of the Site.

6. Third party links and embedded content

The Site links to and embeds content from third parties, including Vimeo, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and Google Maps. We do not control these services and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. Links are provided for convenience and do not mean we endorse the linked site.

Personal information you provide through the Site is handled under our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

8. Availability

We aim to keep the Site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend or remove any part of the Site at any time without notice.

Where liability cannot be excluded but can be limited, our liability is limited to resupplying the relevant information or service.

We may change these terms at any time by publishing the updated terms on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland and the courts entitled to hear appeals from them.
