Damon Hardiker
Damon is the founder of Nator Constructions and a second-generation builder by trade. From apprentice carpenter through to construction management, his more than twenty years of experience across multiple sectors have given him a practical understanding of every stage of the building process.
He has helped shape Nator through a hands-on approach, close attention to detail and an uncompromising commitment to safety. Damon remains closely involved in the work, bringing clear direction, practical knowledge and care to every project.
Mitch Perry
Mitch is a company director and experienced construction management professional with more than $200 million in commercial and multi-residential projects delivered across Queensland. His background includes senior leadership roles with one of the state’s largest tier-two construction companies.
He has managed complex projects across aged care, retirement living, education, commercial, multi-residential and public infrastructure sectors. Mitch brings strong commercial oversight, clear leadership and a disciplined approach to delivery, helping Nator’s teams navigate complexity and maintain quality from planning through to completion.
