Turning a three bedroom, one bathroom weatherboard into a functional four bedroom, two bathroom family home involved taking back the old garage for added room inside the house and enclosing an old patio space, converting it into a new lounge area.
Adding a carport out the front and a timber deck out the back, complete with flyover, provided all of the additional space required. A pool was put in the back yard to compliment the kids outdoor play space and provide the adults and their guests somewhere to lounge while they watch the kids.
